We at Nova's Fun Dog Club are working to make our site www.novasfundogclub.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

Accessibility Arrangements

We are committed to making our classes as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Our training sessions take place at Branksome Centre, Recreation Road, Poole BH 12 2EA, which offers the following accessibility features:

  • Parking: On-site parking is available close to the training area.

  • Access to Training Area: The training space has minimal steps and includes ramp access. Surfaces are indoor flooring, and we aim to keep walkways clear and safe.

  • Seating & Viewing: Spectator seating is available.

  • Toilet Facilities: Accessible toilets are available on-site.

  • Assistance: We are happy to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. If you have specific access needs, please contact us in advance so we can support you.

As Fun Flyball is an active dog sport, the Group Training environment can sometimes be noisy and high-energy. We are happy to discuss any concerns in advance and will always do our best to accommodate individual needs.

If you require any additional support or have questions about accessibility, please contact us before attending a session.
