Payment
Payment is required within 24 hours of booking. The exception to this is regular clients on a ‘Pay As You Go’ system, where fees are due 48 hours before the first session of each block of three.

Failure to make payment within the required timeframe may result in your booking being cancelled.

Beginners and 1-1 Fun Flyball sessions require a £15 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the session date.


Cancellations
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions. Cancellations must be made by phone (call or text) to 07808 75052.Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited.
£15 from Beginner or 1-1 Fun Flyball sessions are non-refundable.
 

Responsibility & Dog Welfare
You are responsible for your dog at all times during sessions.
Dogs must be kept on lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.

Please inform your trainer of any injuries, health concerns, or behavioural changes prior to or during sessions.
Your dog’s physical and emotional wellbeing is always our priority. If a dog is deemed unsuitable for the class environment for safety reasons, we may ask them to leave the session.
 

Restrictions
Bitches in season are not permitted in group classes. However, 1-1 sessions may be arranged where appropriate and with suitable management.
 

Behaviour & Training
Please follow trainer instructions at all times. Our methods and session structures are designed to build confidence, safety, and learning for all dogs and handlers.
 

Venue Rules

  • Dogs must be on lead at all times unless instructed otherwise

  • Doors and gates are locked during class times, and late entry may not be possible once a session has started

  • Please arrive on time for your session

  • There is ample outdoor space for toileting at all venues

  • Dogs must not be allowed to mark buildings or entrances

  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog (poo bags and cleaning equipment available on request)

  • Equipment damage caused by your dog may be chargeable

  • Please do not enter the venue before your session time, as classes may be in progress or equipment may be being set up
     

Respect for Others
Please do not approach dogs entering or leaving the venue. We work with dogs of all abilities, including those who may be reactive, and space should always be given.

For 1-1 sessions, a short exit window is provided to allow dogs to leave calmly and safely. Please allow additional space around exits for reactive dogs.

We are fully insured with public liability coverage for all services provided
